📢 Signing of a Framework Agreement between the University of Carthage and Attijari Bank Tunisia

The University of Carthage had the pleasure of signing, on November 19, 2025, at IHEC Carthage, a framework partnership agreement with Attijari Bank Tunisia, in addition to a specific agreement between the bank and IHEC Carthage.

This strategic collaboration aims to support the emergence and development of small businesses and startups in Tunisia, with a particular focus on young entrepreneurs, including current students, recent graduates, and UCAR alumni.

🎯 Objectives of the Partnership:

  • Provide young project leaders with personalized banking support, offering tailored services for the financing and development of their entrepreneurial initiatives.
  • Offer financing solutions compliant with current banking regulations, subject to the assessment and approval of the bank’s decision-making bodies.
  • Support students aspiring to launch their own businesses through the “Dar Al Macharii” program, which provides an information center, a training space, dedicated advisors, and a networking platform connecting small businesses with peers and potential partners.

The signing ceremony was attended by Prof. Nadia Mzoughi, President of the University of Carthage, and Prof. Afef Abdelkrim, Vice-President of the University. IHEC Carthage was represented by its Director, Prof. Jouhaina Siala Chaouachi, alongside Prof. Azza Temessek, Director of Studies. Attijari Bank Tunisia was represented by Mr. Skander Mlayah, Head of Human Capital, and Mr. Sofiene Haouari, Head of Employer Brand, Recruitment, and Development, accompanied by several officials and representatives from both institutions.
