The University of Carthage intends to procure desktop computers for the benefit of its affiliated institutions.
Interested bidders wishing to participate in this call for tenders must do so exclusively through the TUNEPS public procurement system on the website www.tuneps.tn, where they may download the specifications free of charge (Tender Notice No. on TUNEPS = 20251105095).

Bids must be submitted through the TUNEPS online public procurement system (www.tuneps.tn) no later than 26 December 2025 at 09:00 AM. However, the provisional guarantee must be sent offline, in a sealed envelope bearing no indication of the bidder’s identity and containing only the following statement:

Bidders are required to send the envelope containing the provisional guarantee addressed to the President of the University of Carthage at the following address:
Université de Carthage – Avenue de la République, Amilcar, 1054 Carthage; P.O. Box 77,
by express mail, registered mail, or by depositing it directly at the registry office of the University of Carthage during administrative working hours. The deadline is 26 December 2025 at 09:00 AM, and the date stamped by the University’s registry office shall serve as proof.

The bid opening session will be public and will take place on 26 December 2025 at 09:30 AM at the headquarters of the University of Carthage (Meeting Room – 2nd Floor), Avenue de la République, Carthage Amilcar, accessible from the Preparatory Institute for Scientific and Technical Studies “IPEST”.

By the mere submission of its offer, the bidder is bound by it for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days starting from the day following the deadline set for the receipt of bids.
