MOBILITY SCHOLARSHIP AT THE UNIVERSITY OF PISA (ITALY)WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE MARE PROJECT (Extended Deadline)

Program Overview
This mobility opportunity is part of the MARE project (Mobility and Research in the Mediterranean), a Transnational Education (TNE) initiative funded under the Italian National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), Code TNE23-00049.
The project aims to strengthen university cooperation, promote student and staff exchanges, and support joint research activities among Mediterranean universities.
Through this mobility program, participants will have the opportunity to gain high-quality academic experiences, strengthen international partnerships, and contribute to the development of key thematic areas such as Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, and Civil and Industrial Engineering.
This initiative provides students and academics with a unique opportunity for professional and academic development within the Mediterranean region.

Within this framework, the University of Carthage is launching this call for applications for mobility opportunities with the University of Pisa for the 2025/2026 academic year.

Target Group
Students from the University of Carthage enrolled in Master’s or PhD programs in the following fields:

  • Agriculture
  • Veterinary Sciences
  • Civil and Industrial Engineering

Duration of Mobility

  • 6 months during the 2025/2026 academic year
  • Mobilities must be completed by March 31, 2026

Number of Scholarships

  • Two mobility scholarships are available for students from the University of Carthage.

Scholarship Value

  • Travel expenses: €450
  • Monthly allowance: €1,000 (for 6 months, totaling €6,000)

Application Procedure
Interested candidates must submit their application files to the General Office of the University of Carthage no later than May 22, 2025.
