The President of the University of Carthage, Prof. Nadia Mzoughi Aguir, welcomed on Thursday, October 30, 2025, a delegation composed of Prof. Lucia Scaffardi, representing the University of Parma (Italy), and Prof. Jordi Serratosa Vilageliu, scientific expert at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), accompanied by Prof. Fathi Zaghrouba, researcher at the Higher Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technologies in Borj Cedria.

The two experts conveyed the interest of the President of the University of Parma in developing and strengthening a scientific partnership within the framework of international cooperation programs, notably Horizon Europe, PRIMA, and Interreg, in areas of common interest such as biosafety, biotechnology, and life sciences.
