On Thursday, May 8, 2025, the President of the University of Carthage, Mrs. Nadia Mzoughi Aguir, welcomed a delegation from Université Grenoble Alpes (UGA – France), led by its Rector, Prof. Yassine Lakhnech.

A signing ceremony was held for a Memorandum of Understanding, establishing a general framework for academic, scientific, and cultural cooperation. In addition, an Implementation Agreement benefiting INSAT was signed, concerning the establishment of a student exchange program.

These agreements mark a significant step in strengthening the ties between the two institutions and reflect a shared commitment to promoting student mobility. They are fully aligned with the ongoing internationalization of higher education and research, while respecting the pedagogical and institutional specificities of each party.
