On December 15 and 16, the President of the University of Carthage, Prof. Nadia Mzoughi, represented our university at the international event “Bridging Continents, Shaping Futures: Collaborative Pathways in Higher Education between Italy and Africa” in Bologna, Italy.
During this high-level gathering, Prof. Mzoughi presented the University of Carthage’s internationalization strategies, highlighting current initiatives, priorities, and future directions that reflect our commitment to strengthening the university’s presence on the global academic stage.
Her presentation was followed by remarks from Mr. Afif Traouli, Consul of the Republic of Tunisia in Italy, who shared Tunisia’s policies on higher education internationalization, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between countries and institutions.
On December 16, Prof. Mzoughi actively participated in a roundtable discussion, moderated by Prof. Raffaella Campaner, Vice-Rector for International Relations, on collaborative pathways in higher education between Italy and Africa, addressing strategic priorities and future prospects for sustainable academic partnerships.
This participation underscores the University of Carthage’s commitment to developing international partnerships, sharing expertise, and promoting academic excellence beyond borders, consolidating its position as a key player in higher education in Africa.
