The University of Carthage had the pleasure of welcoming thursday 13/11/2025 a delegation from the National Council of Education of Benin, led by Mrs. Gisèle Enianloko Martin, in the presence of the two Vice-Presidents of the University of Carthage, Mr. Mongi Besbes and Mrs. Afef Abdelkrim.

The delegation visited Tunisia as part of Benin’s ongoing efforts to develop an educational system capable of strengthening the quality of training in scientific fields and supporting national economic growth.

During the meeting, the University of Carthage shared its experience, strategic vision, and practices for enhancing the higher education ecosystem. Discussions focused on the importance of diversifying academic programs, investing in local and diaspora expertise, strengthening human capital, and developing large-scale and high-quality training opportunities.

The University of Carthage reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Benin in its efforts to build a strong, innovative, and inclusive educational system.
