Program Overview

The Erasmus+ program allows you to undertake a mobility period in another institution abroad to acquire new skills. This mobility is validated and recognized by your home institution.

Target Audience:

· Students enrolled in bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs in the following fields:

– Humanities (history, archaeology),

– Business & Administration (accounting, finance, banking, insurance, management, marketing, tourism),

– Environmental sciences (environment, ecology, geography),

– Physical sciences (earth sciences, physics, chemistry).

· Administrative staff of the University of Carthage.

Application Procedure

The online application portal is open until April 23, 2025 (inclusive). It will no longer be possible to apply after this date.

All applications for the EMIC mobility program must be submitted via the dedicated online platform on the University of Perpignan’s website: https://www.univ-perp.fr/EMIC, along with the required supporting documents depending on the type of mobility requested.

Documents must be submitted in French.

Selection Criteria

  • Be a student, PhD candidate, or university staff member enrolled/working at one of the institutions of the University of Carthage (at the time of application and during the mobility year).
  • Have sufficient proficiency in the language of instruction or work at the host university.
  • Not have already received a European grant (Erasmus+ or Erasmus Mundus) for the same level of study (Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate) for which you are applying. This condition does not apply to university staff.

During the mobility year, students must be enrolled at the University of Carthage. The Erasmus+ mobility is non-degree awarding. Only the University of Carthage will issue the final degree, based on the transcript provided by the host university.

It is not possible to apply for a level of study that has already been completed or for the same academic year in which you are currently enrolled.

Example: A student in the second year of a Master’s program (Master 2) cannot apply for a Bachelor’s or Master’s grant, but only for a Doctorate grant.

Example: A university staff member cannot apply for a student grant (Bachelor, Master, Doctorate).
