Program Overview

The Erasmus+ program offers the opportunity to undertake mobility in another institution abroad to acquire new skills. This mobility is validated and recognized by the home institution.

Target Audience:

• Teaching staff and administrative personnel of the University of Carthage.

Duration of Mobility:
Five days, depending on the offer proposed by the University of Cadiz.

Number of Scholarships:

• One Erasmus+ mobility scholarship is available for academic staff of the University of Carthage.
• One Erasmus+ mobility scholarship is available for administrative staff of the University of Carthage.

Conditions:

• Be a teacher or administrative staff member in one of the institutions of the University of Carthage.
• Have a B2 level in English/Spanish.
• Candidates must first contact a coordinator from the University of Cadiz (depending on their specialty) and obtain the signed Mobility Agreement to then submit their application within the specified deadlines.

Note:
The number of scholarships is limited. They are distributed across the MENA region (see Annex-2) and are not pre-allocated to any specific partner university.

Application Procedure:
To obtain the signed Mobility Agreement from the University of Cadiz and process your application to UCA, candidates must:

1. Review the list of available offers (see Annex-1) to find an activity that matches their interests.
2. Contact the UCA coordinator listed as the “point of contact” in the corresponding offer by sending an expression of interest to participate in the activity, along with a CV and a Mobility Agreement (MA).
3. It is up to the UCA representative (point of contact) to agree with the candidate on the necessary elements for the acceptance of the Mobility Agreement. Once approved, they will sign it and send it back to the candidate.

Candidates must submit their application files to the Office of Records at the University of Carthage no later than November 15, 2024.

• Motivation.
• Academic merit.
• Language skills.

Application File:

• Work certificate.
• Motivation letter.
• Updated CV.
• Copy of a valid passport.
• Mobility Project (Teaching/Training Agreement) validated and signed by the University of Cadiz.
