The University of Carthage had the pleasure of welcoming Professor Oleg Sergeevich Valinsky, Rector of Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University, and Professor Tamila S. Titova, Vice-Rector for Research, for the signing of a framework agreement aimed at strengthening academic and scientific cooperation between the two institutions.

The signing ceremony was attended by Professor Nadia Mzoughi Aguir, President of the University of Carthage, together with Professor Mongi Besbes and Professor Afef Abdelkrim, Vice-Presidents of the University.

This partnership marks an important step in fostering international collaboration, promoting student and staff mobility, and developing joint educational and research initiatives in areas of mutual interest.

The University of Carthage continues, and will continue, to actively expand its international relations, opening up new opportunities for students, researchers, and faculty members worldwide.
