On 4 November 2025, the University of Carthage and Université Gustave Eiffel formalized a new partnership through the signing of a framework cooperation agreement.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mrs. Nadia Mzoughi, President of the University of Carthage, and Mrs. Amina Béji-Bécheur, Vice-President of Université Gustave Eiffel.

This agreement paves the way for strengthened academic and scientific collaboration, promoting student and university mobility, the development of joint projects, and the exchange of best practices between the two institutions.
