On 17 November 2025, the University of Carthage had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation from Technische Hochschule Ulm (THU), a German public university, led by Prof. Dietmar Graeber. He was accompanied by Ms. Manuela McCulloch and Ms. Kaouther Belkilani, Senior Researchers and Ms. Catherine Adelmann.
The delegation was received in the presence of the two Vice Presidents of the University of Carthage, Prof. Mongi Besbes and Prof. Afef Abdelkrim, along with Prof. Houda Ben Attia, Director of ENI Carthage, Prof. Lazhar Manai, Director of ISTIC, as well as several academic representatives.
