Program Presentation
The PNRR-TNE program refers to Transnational Education (TNE) Initiatives under the Italian National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), funded by the EU (NextGenerationEU). It aims to strengthen the international cooperation of Italian universities through mobility programs (for students, researchers, and faculty) with foreign partners, thereby promoting the internationalization and excellence of Italian higher education.

Target Audience:
Doctoral students enrolled at the University of Carthage.

Number of Scholarships:
Mobility and internship scholarships are offered for students of the University of Carthage.

Eligibility Conditions:

• Have a B2 level in Italian.
• Have the mobility project approved by the academic supervisors.
• Submit the application before the deadline.

Application Procedure:
Interested students must submit their application files to the Office of the Registrar at the University of Carthage before 14/12/2025.

• Language skills

Application File:

• Certificate of enrollment
• Motivation letter
• Updated CV
• Italian language certificate (B2 level)
• Letter of recommendation
• Academic transcripts (from high school onward)
• Copies of diplomas
• Copy of valid passport
• Mobility project (Learning Agreement) approved and signed by the Director and Head of Studies or Department Head
  
  All requested documents must be written in English.
