تتويج جامعة قرطاج بالحصول على اعتماد «جامعة ريادية» من طرف NCEE

تُعلن جامعة قرطاج بكل فخر حصولها على اعتماد الجامعة المُبادِرة (Entrepreneurial University Award) لمدة ثلاث سنوات من المركز الوطني البريطاني لريادة الأعمال في التعليم (NCEE).

ويأتي هذا التتويج ثمرةَ مسارٍ مؤسّسي شارك فيه عمداء ومديرو المؤسسات الراجعة بالنظر لجامعة قرطاج، إلى جانب الإطارات والموظفين الإداريين، بما وفّروه من دعمٍ تنظيمي وتنسيقٍ دقيق ومتابعةٍ متواصلة.

كما يتوّج عملاً جماعياً قادته إدارة قطب الطالب المبادر بجامعة قرطاج (PEEC) وفريقها، عبر بناء منظومة مرافقة ريادية متكاملة تجمع التكوين، والإرشاد، والشراكات، وقياس الأثر.

ويمثّل هذا الاعتماد قيمةً مضافة للجامعة ولمنظومتها ككل: للطلبة عبر تكوين أكاديمي مُلائم ومرافقة في مسارات بعث المشاريع الابتكارية وإنشاء الشركات الناشئة والاحتضان، وللمؤسسات عبر توحيد الجهود والحوكمة، وللشركاء عبر إطار تعاون أكثر ثقة ووضوحاً.

وهو أيضاً ضمانٌ للجودة والتحسين المستمر من خلال مراجعة خارجية معيارية، واعترافٌ دولي يعزّز المصداقية والثقة لدى الطلبة والشركاء وصنّاع القرار.

كما يرسّخ الانسجام على مستوى الجامعة عبر ربط الاستراتيجية بالبيداغوجيا وبالمرافقة وبنتائج قابلة للقياس، ويعزّز تموقع الجامعة كقطبٍ ريادي للشراكات والابتكار في صلب المنظومة الريادية الوطنية والدولية.

وسيُنسَّق الإعلان الرسمي والتواصل الإعلامي حول هذا الإنجاز عبر قنوات NCEE بالشراكة مع وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والمجلس الثقافي البريطاني (British Council)، وتُعرب جامعة قرطاج عن امتنانها لهما لما قدّماه من توجيه ومساندة أسهما في إنجاح مسار الحصول على الاعتماد.

L’Université de Carthage distinguée par l’accréditation « Université Entrepreneuriale » du NCEE

L’Université de Carthage annonce avec fierté l’obtention de l’accréditation « Entrepreneurial University Award » pour une durée de trois ans, délivrée par le National Centre for Entrepreneurship in Education (NCEE).

Cette reconnaissance est le résultat d’un parcours institutionnel mobilisateur, porté par les doyens et directeurs des établissements relevant de l’UCAR, ainsi que par les cadres et le personnel administratif, grâce à leur soutien organisationnel, leur coordination rigoureuse et leur suivi constant.

Elle consacre également le travail collectif mené par la Direction du Pôle Étudiant Entrepreneur de l’Université de Carthage (PEEC) et son équipe, qui ont structuré un dispositif d’accompagnement entrepreneurial intégrant formation, mentorat, partenariats et mesure d’impact.

Cette accréditation constitue une valeur ajoutée pour l’université et pour l’ensemble de son écosystème : pour les étudiants, à travers une formation adaptée et un accompagnement dans les démarches de création de projets innovants et de startups, ainsi que l’incubation ; pour les établissements, en renforçant la cohérence, la gouvernance et la mutualisation des efforts ; et pour les partenaires, en offrant un cadre de coopération plus lisible, fiable et attractif.

Elle représente aussi un levier d’assurance qualité et d’amélioration continue, fondé sur une évaluation externe, tout en renforçant la crédibilité et la confiance auprès des étudiants, des partenaires et des décideurs.

Elle renforce enfin le positionnement de l’UCAR comme hub de partenariats et d’innovation au cœur de l’écosystème entrepreneurial national et international.

L’annonce officielle et la communication médiatique autour de cet accomplissement seront coordonnées via les canaux du NCEE, en partenariat avec le Ministère de l’Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche Scientifique et le British Council ; l’Université de Carthage leur exprime sa gratitude pour l’orientation et l’appui ayant contribué au succès des démarches d’accréditation.

The University of Carthage proudly announces that it has been awarded the Entrepreneurial University Award accreditation for a period of three years by the National Centre for Entrepreneurship in Education (NCEE).

This recognition reflects a strong institution-wide journey, supported by the deans and directors of UCAR’s establishments, as well as by UCAR’s administrative leadership and staff, whose organisational support, rigorous coordination, and sustained follow-up were essential throughout the process.

It also celebrates the collective work led by the Directorate of the University of Carthage Student Entrepreneurship Hub (PEEC) and its team, who have structured an entrepreneurial support system integrating tailored learning, mentoring, partnerships, and impact measurement.

This accreditation creates tangible value for UCAR and its ecosystem: for students, through adapted academic training and hands-on support in launching innovative projects and creating startups, including incubation; for establishments, by strengthening coherence, governance, and shared effort; and for partners, by providing a clearer, more reliable, and more attractive framework for collaboration.

It is also a lever for quality assurance and continuous improvement through external assessment, while enhancing credibility and trust among students, partners, and decision-makers.

The award further consolidates UCAR’s positioning as a partnerships and innovation hub at the heart of the national and international entrepreneurial ecosystem.
