Program Overview

The Erasmus+ program offers the opportunity to undertake a mobility period at a partner institution abroad in order to acquire new academic and professional skills. This mobility period will be validated and officially recognized by the student’s home institution.

Target Audience

PhD students enrolled at the University of Carthage in the following fields:

• Business and Administration
• Languages
• Biological and Related Sciences
• Chemistry
• Earth Sciences
• Physics
• Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)
• Electricity and Energy
• Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries and Veterinary Sciences

Duration of the Mobility

Autumn Term of the 2026/2027 academic year.

Number of Scholarships

One Erasmus+ mobility scholarship is available for the target group from the University of Carthage.

Eligibility Conditions

Applicants must:

• Be enrolled in one of the institutions of the University of Carthage.
• Have at least a B2 level in English or Spanish.
• Have the mobility project validated by the academic supervisors.
• Submit the application file within the specified deadline.

Application Procedure

Interested students must submit their application files to the Registry Office of the University of Carthage before April 24, 2026.

Selection Criteria

Applications will be evaluated based on:

• Motivation
• Academic merit
• Language proficiency

Application File

Applicants must submit the following documents:

• Certificate of enrollment
• Motivation letter
• Updated CV
• Language certificate (Spanish level B2)
• One letter of recommendation
• Academic transcripts (from the Baccalaureate onwards)
• Copies of diplomas
• Copy of a valid passport
• Mobility project (Learning Agreement) validated and signed by the Director and Director of Studies or Department Head

Note:
All requested documents should preferably be written in English.
