University of Carthage Receives Delegation from the Arab Council for Student Training and Creativity (A.C.S.T.I)

On 1 June 2026, the University of Carthage welcomed a delegation from the Arab Council for Student Training and Creativity (A.C.S.T.I), headed by Professor Fawaz Ahmad Al-Zghoul, Director of the Council.

The delegation included Eng. Jihad Al-Kharraz, Assistant Director of the Council, Professor Belkacem Chelouf, President of the Libyan Open University and Permanent Member of the Council, and Professor Moez Chafra, President of the University of Tunis El Manar and Member of the Council, along with other representatives of Arab partner universities.

The delegation was received by Professor Nadia Mzoughi, President of the University of Carthage, accompanied by Professor Monji Besbes, Vice-President of the University.

This visit forms part of ongoing efforts to strengthen Arab academic cooperation and pave the way for the signing of a partnership agreement and the University of Carthage’s membership in A.C.S.T.I. Such collaboration is expected to create new opportunities for students through training, innovation, exchange programmes, and student cooperation initiatives across the Arab world.
