Call for Applications – FORMED Project Master’s Scholarships (Universities of Sassari & Cagliari, Italy)

Program Overview

SARDEGNA FORMED (Sardinia for the Mediterranean) is a project promoting international cooperation between higher education institutions on the southern shore of the Mediterranean and Sardinia, with the aim of ensuring student mobility from Tunisia to the Universities of Cagliari and Sassari.

The Sardinia Foundation has funded mobility scholarships for Tunisian students in order to enable students from the southern Mediterranean region to pursue second-cycle university studies at universities in Sardinia.

Target Audience:

Students of the University of Carthage.

Mobility Duration:

Student mobility will take place during the academic years 2026/2027 – 2027/2028, according to the academic calendar of the host university.

Host Universities:

Requirements:

  • Be enrolled in one of the institutions of the University of Carthage.
  • Have a B2 level in English and/or Italian.
  • Submit the application file within the specified deadlines.
  • For Master’s programs taught in Italian, proficiency in the language is required.

Application Procedure:

Applications, together with the required supporting documents, must be sent by email to Tahar.Jallouli@ucar.tn before May 15, 2026. Applications submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

Application File:

The following documents must be submitted in PDF format:

  • Application form
  • Copy of passport
  • Certificate or self-certification proving knowledge of English and/or Italian. For courses taught entirely in English (see course table), a B2 certificate is required. For Italian courses, the level must be at least B1. If only a self-certification is provided, applicants will be required to take a specific language placement test organized by the University Language Center of the host institution, or another test assessing Italian and/or English proficiency, to confirm their language level and obtain the appropriate certification.
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Average grades and acquired credits
  • University degree certificate
  • Academic transcripts of completed exams (including the average grade and an Italian translation if the document is written in Arabic)
  • Information about the faculty, study program, and chosen university

The requested documents should preferably be prepared in English.
