CALL FOR APPLICATIONS Y-MED Internships

Program Overview
I am pleased to announce that the Y-MED project, implemented by the International Organization for Migration (IOM), offers students and recent graduates from Egypt, Libya, Morocco, and Tunisia the opportunity to complete a 6-month internship in Italy. At the end of the internship, Y-MED provides support for the professional integration of selected interns in their countries of origin. For young professionals, this mobility experience is a valuable opportunity to enhance their skills and career prospects while contributing to the economic and social development of both their home and host countries.

Target Audience:
Students enrolled in the second year of a Master’s program (M2) for the academic year 2024/2025.

Duration of the Mobility:
6 months.

Number of Internships Available:

  • Full Stack Software Engineer at UNOX: 2 internship positions available.
  • Logistics and Manufacturing Engineering Technician at MOVISTAR SRL: 1 internship position available.
  • Electronic Product Engineer at SIT SPA: 1 internship position available.
  • Electronic Test Engineer at SIT SPA: 1 internship position available.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be a citizen and resident of Tunisia. Candidates holding Italian nationality, even dual nationality, are not eligible.
  • Must be a maximum of 26 years old at the time of application.
  • Must be enrolled in the second year of a Master’s program (M2) for the 2024/2025 academic year.
  • Must have completed academic studies relevant to the internship offer.
  • Good command of English, or good command of French with an intermediate level of English. Knowledge of Italian is an asset.
  • A valid passport with at least one year of validity is desirable.
