Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, and in the presence of the Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Tunisia in Nouakchott, a partnership agreement was signed between the Higher School of Education in Nouakchott and the Preparatory Institute for Scientific and Technical Studies (IPEST) of Carthage University.

This agreement aims to enable Mauritanian students to pursue their preparatory training for the agrégation competitive examinations in Mathematics and Physics at IPEST, thereby contributing to the development of highly qualified scientific competencies in these key disciplines.

Through this partnership, Carthage University reaffirms its commitment to strengthening academic cooperation, fostering international and regional openness, and promoting excellence in higher education and scientific research.
