Program Overview:

The Erasmus+ program offers the opportunity to undertake a mobility period in a foreign institution to acquire new skills. This mobility is validated and recognized by the home institution.

Target Audience:
Students enrolled in a Doctorate program at the University of Carthage in the following specialties:
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Computer Engineering
• Business Administration
• International Trade and Finance
• Economics
• Econometrics
• Chemistry
• Mathematics

Administrative and technical staff of the University of Carthage

Duration of Mobility:
Spring Term of the academic year 2024/2025.

Number of Grants:

• One Erasmus+ mobility grant is offered for a student of the University of Carthage.
• Three Erasmus+ mobility grants are offered for administrative staff of the University.

Eligibility Criteria

For Students
• Be enrolled in one of the institutions of the University of Carthage.
• Have a B2 level in English.
• Have the mobility project validated by academic coordinators.
• Submit the application within the given deadline.

For Administrative Staff
• Be an administrative staff member in one of the institutions of the University of Carthage.
• Have a good level of English and/or Turkish.
• Have the mobility plan validated.
• Submit the application within the given deadline.

Application Procedure
Interested students and administrative staff must submit their application files to the Registry Office of the University of Carthage before 11/04/2025.

• Certificate of enrollment
• Motivation letter
• Updated CV
• Language certificate (English/Turkish) at B2 level
• One letter of recommendation
• Academic transcripts (from high school onwards)
• Copies of diplomas
• Valid passport copy
• Mobility project (Learning Agreement), validated and signed by the Director and the Head of Studies or Department Head

For Administrative Staff
• Employment certificate
• Motivation letter
• Updated CV
• Valid passport copy
• Mobility plan (Training Agreement), validated and signed by the Director
