Recruitment of an Individual Consultant in Quality Management

In response to the call for applications dated July 5, 2022, for the pilot project on Performance-Based Financing and Excellence under the Higher Education Modernization Project in support of Employability (PromESsE), the University of Carthage submitted a Performance and Excellence Implementation Plan (PMoPE). Following the approval of this plan by the Minister on December 5, 2022, a Performance and Excellence-Based Financing Contract (CFBPE) was established between the Ministry and the University of Carthage.

This project is partially financed by a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD). As part of this funding, the University of Carthage is recruiting a Consultant in Quality Management to contribute to the achievement of the CFBPE objectives, notably strengthening the quality assurance culture and improving the performance of its institutions.
