Technical Assistance for Self-Assessment and Application Preparation for the University of Carthage’s Transition to EPST Status

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESRS) is implementing a Higher Education Modernization Project in support of the Employability of Young Graduates (“Promesse”), partially financed by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (Loan Agreement No. 8590-TN).

As part of the PAQ-DGSU project, the University of Carthage hereby invites Individual Consultants to express their interest in a technical assistance mission for the preparation of the University’s application file for its transition to the status of a Public Establishment of a Scientific and Technological Nature (EPST).

Applications must be sent no later than by sealed envelope via post, express courier, or hand-delivered (against acknowledgment of receipt) to the Registry Office of the University of Carthage at the following address:

The application files must be received no later than May 5, 2025
and must bear the following statement on the outer envelope:
“Do not open – Technical Assistance Mission for the Self-Assessment and Preparation of an Application File for the Change of Status of the University of Carthage in accordance with the Regulatory Requirements of ‘EPST'”
