The University of Carthage intends to procure clothing items and footwear for the benefit of its workers and those of its affiliated institutions for the 2026 fiscal year.

Interested bidders wishing to participate in this call for tenders must do so exclusively through the public procurement system TUNEPS via the website www.tuneps.tn, where the tender documents can be downloaded free of charge (TUNEPS Tender Notice No.: 20260401559).

Bidders are required to submit their samples to the University’s warehouse no later than May 25, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Offers must be submitted through the online public procurement system TUNEPS (www.tuneps.tn).

However, the bid bond and the laboratory analysis certificates of fabric samples for items 01 to 04, 07 to 10, and item 17 must be sent offline in a sealed envelope bearing no indication of the bidder’s identity and mentioning only:

Bidders are requested to send the envelope containing the bid bond and analysis certificates addressed to the President of the University of Carthage at the following address:
